What Constitutes an Infraction?

  • Referring students to Planned Parenthood or any abortion provider
  • Promoting abortion as “health care” or listing abortion vendors as “trusted resources”
  • Encouraging students to volunteer, intern, or work with Planned Parenthood or the broader abortion industry
  • Featuring abortion activists, organizations, or events in a positive or instructional way
  • Publishing course materials, syllabi, or departmental resources that promote abortion
  • Sharing personal pro-abortion views in the classroom in a way that influences or pressures students
  • Highlighting alumni connected to the abortion industry as positive examples or career paths
